Goto no Tshubaki

We own a 4-hectare farm on Goto, where we manage 10,000 camellia trees.

The farm has a farm manager, who thinks of each camellia tree as an employee and devotes himself/herself to loving each camellia tree on a daily basis.

They take care of the camellia trees by watching their growth, pruning branches, applying fertilizer, and taking care of the camellias so that they will bloom beautifully and bear abundant nuts.

In Goto, camellia nuts are harvested one by one by hand. From late August to September, when the weather is still hot, the camellia nuts are harvested by hand, starting from the tree with the ripest camellia nuts. During the harvest season, the local people help with the harvest, and we are grateful for nature's bounty. The harvested nuts, flowers, and leaves are carefully sorted. The harvested ingredients are quickly cleaned, sorted, and processed so as not to spoil the freshness and quality of the ingredients since they are in season.

The beauty ingredients of each camellia material are extracted and collected in the simplest possible way to be used as ingredients for cosmetics. The beauty ingredients extracted from the camellias harvested at the company's own farm are filled and packaged at the island's cosmetics factory, while maintaining the quality of the products. At the factory, products are carefully manufactured by the hands of the islanders. Each product is checked by human eyes and hands to ensure that it is filled properly and that there are no scratches or stains on the product.

Ordered products are carefully packed by islanders in our own shipping warehouse and delivered to customers from Goto. We send our products from the island with the feeling that we are delivering the air of the island with them.
