We meticulously extract oil from carefully selected perilla seeds from Toyama Prefecture using the cold-press method, taking great time and care. By limiting the oil extraction rate to 30%, we reduce the bitterness of the perilla and create a milder, smoother flavor. The greatest feature is the extra step we take before pressing the oil. After many trials and errors, we succeeded in roasting the seeds with exquisite heat control, which adds a deep flavor and fragrant aroma. This product is a masterpiece crafted with our utmost dedication.
