Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If the return or exchange is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the outbound shipping cost, which is included in the product price. We will calculate the outbound shipping cost and inform you of the amount prior to processing.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@sogoo.co.jp. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.  
We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before making a return request.

Please note that our products are also sold through other channels. In the rare case that an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have.  
Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union,  
you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with other returns, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  
Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
