Shipping destinations & fees

  • We ship worldwide using Japan Post EMS, ePacket, FedEx, or other international carriers depending on the item.
  • Shipping is free on all orders — shipping fees are included in the listed item prices.
  • Please note that we do not ship to addresses within Japan.
  • Please also note that certain items, such as food products, may have restrictions on the countries or regions they can be shipped to. Please check the individual product page for details.

Delivery time

  • Most orders are shipped within 1–2 weeks from Japan. After shipment, please allow approximately 7 to 30 days for delivery, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
  • Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • For made-to-order or custom products, shipment may take several months. Please check the individual product page for details.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & import duties

  • Import duties, taxes, and any other customs charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping fees. Buyers are responsible for any such charges incurred at customs in their country.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before placing an order.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Shop Pay and Paypal. All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). Your card provider will apply the exchange rate at the time of purchase.

Returns & refunds

We have a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If a return or exchange is due to personal preference, both the return shipping fee and the outbound shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. We will calculate and inform you of the outbound shipping cost before processing.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Fragile / special item handling

Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile pieces such as glassware and ceramic works are wrapped with protective materials and shipped in reinforced packaging.

For particularly delicate or high-value items, we may use additional cushioning or custom boxes.
