Shipping policy

We ship all items using Japan Post EMS, ePacket, FedEx, or other international carriers depending on the type of item.  
Shipping fees are included in the listed item prices.

Please note:

• We currently do not offer shipping to addresses within Japan.
• Once your item has been shipped, we will promptly provide you with a tracking number.
• Import duties, taxes, and any other customs charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any such charges incurred at customs in their country.
• Please allow approximately 7 to 30 days for delivery after shipment, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
• For made-to-order or custom products, delivery may take several months. Please refer to each product page for specific information.
• International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
