Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are included in the listed item prices. We currently do not offer shipping to addresses within Japan.

Dispatch
Most orders are dispatched from Japan within 5–15 business days. For made-to-order or custom products, delivery may take several months — the lead time is noted on each product page.

Carriers and delivery times
We ship using Japan Post EMS, UPS, or other international carriers, depending on the item. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the carrier and destination. Depending on your location and local customs processing, delivery may take up to approximately 30 days.
International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will promptly provide you with a tracking number.

Import duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and any other customs charges (if applicable) are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any such charges incurred at customs in their country.

Shipping to a different recipient
If your order is shipped to someone other than yourself, we include a small card inside the package indicating who it was sent by, so the recipient knows the item was intended for them. Your name will be visible to the recipient on this card. We do not disclose your address, phone number, or any other order details to the recipient. Please note that all international shipments require a customs declaration, which lists the contents and their declared value and is attached to the outside of the package.
