Leather that moves with the hand
The shell is sheepskin sourced directly from Portolano of Italy — a tannery known for producing some of the finest glove leathers in the world. The material is supple from the first wear and continues to soften and mold to the shape of the hand over time. Paired with a 100% cashmere knit lining at the interior and cuff, the result is a glove that is warm without feeling heavy — the kind you reach for without thinking.
40 years of glove-making in Japan's glove capital
Higashi-Kagawa, in Kagawa Prefecture, produces the majority of Japan's leather gloves and has been the center of the country's glove industry for over a hundred years. Within this tradition, Kuroda has spent more than 40 years pursuing a single standard: gloves that fit as well as they look. Each pair is cut and sewn by hand, one at a time, by skilled artisans in the workshop. The precision of the cut — and the accuracy of the seam — is what produces the silhouette that sits cleanly on the hand and holds it over years of use.
The moment the glove goes on, the leather gives slightly — not loose, but unresisting. That quality is not in the material alone. It comes from the combination of Italian leather, cashmere knit, and decades of craft applied to the cut.

How to Use
These are fingerless gloves — the fingertips are open, leaving them uncovered while the palm, back of hand, and wrist remain warm and protected.
This design allows full use of a touchscreen without removing the glove, and makes it easy to handle small objects, keys, cards, or a phone while keeping the hands warm in transit.
Well suited to commuting, cycling, or any situation where dexterity matters alongside warmth.
Care
Leather gloves require specialist cleaning — do not machine wash or submerge in water.
If the gloves become wet, reshape gently and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat or sunlight.
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged compression or folding.
Occasional application of a leather conditioner will maintain suppleness over time.
