Triangular wooden tray · Japanese oak · glass-resin finish

01 A rare triangular form in Japanese oak — glass-resin coated for effortless everyday care
02 Brass feet create a floating effect for easy carrying — stable stacking without wobbling
03 Kanzashi joinery at each corner — a traditional detail that reinforces structure and adds quiet character

Crafted by the woodcraft atelier ke-shiki, this triangular wooden tray brings a rare geometric form to everyday dining. Designed for both practicality and beauty, it makes it easy to carry dishes and cutlery while protecting the table from spills — and holds its own as an object worth looking at.

Glass-resin finish for lasting beauty
To preserve the natural texture of the wood while ensuring effortless maintenance, the surface is finished with a glass-resin coating — a technique common in high-end furniture. A simple wipe with a tightly wrung cloth keeps it clean, without the roughness or wear that wooden surfaces sometimes develop after repeated exposure to moisture.

Brass feet and kanzashi joinery
Brass feet embedded in the base create a subtle floating effect, leaving just enough space for hands to slide underneath. The elevated structure also allows stable stacking. At each corner, a traditional Japanese joinery detail known as kanzashi reinforces the structure while adding a quiet visual contrast.

The warm wood grain and precise craftsmanship frame tableware and food with quiet elegance — a tray that functions well and earns its place on the table.
