It is a brand launched by Kawachiya, which has been involved in printing in Japan's Shimbashi (Shimbashi stands for new bridge in Japanese) area for approximately 150 years, with the vision of becoming a new bridge transcending the genres of art, fashion, and craft in 2020.

Fabric Notebooks Luxe is a notebook featuring a cover made with tweed fabric from the English brand Linton, which is also used in luxury brand jackets.

On the sides, it features a unique hand-gilded finish that only Kawachiya in Japan can achieve. This not only provides a stunning appearance but also prevents discoloration and shrinkage of the paper.

Inside, it uses a high-quality paper called Pasupie known for its smoothness and excellent page-turning. It is compatible with fountain pens and has properties that make it resistant to feathering and show-through (when ink appears on the surface of the paper).

While digitalization has progressed, reducing the opportunities for handwritten notes, there are still moments when writing by hand is essential. This notebook is perfect for jotting down precious memories.
