Round wooden tray · ash / cherry · mageki bentwood rim

01 A soft round silhouette in ash or cherry — glass-resin coated for effortless everyday care
02 Brass feet create a floating effect for easy carrying — stable stacking without wobbling
03 Rim crafted using mageki bentwood technique — a traditional method that yields a delicate yet durable finish

Crafted by the woodcraft atelier ke-shiki, this round wooden tray brings a soft silhouette and quiet warmth to the table. Designed for both beauty and function, it carries dishes and cutlery with ease while protecting surfaces and enhancing the presentation of everyday meals.

Glass-resin finish for lasting beauty
The surface is finished with a glass-resin coating — a technique common in high-end furniture — preserving the natural texture of the wood while ensuring effortless maintenance. A simple wipe with a tightly wrung cloth keeps it clean, without the roughness or wear that wooden surfaces sometimes develop after repeated exposure to moisture.

Brass feet and mageki bentwood rim
Brass feet embedded in the base create a subtle floating effect, leaving just enough space for hands to slide underneath. The elevated structure also allows stable stacking. The rim is crafted using the traditional Japanese mageki bentwood technique, resulting in a delicate yet durable finish that reflects the skill of the maker.

The warm wood grain and precise craftsmanship frame tableware and food with quiet elegance — a tray that functions well and earns its place on the table.
